Friday, October 7 (day 100/365)

Daycare was closed for a four day weekend for Columbus day, so Jeremy and I worked out that I would stay home with the munchkin on Friday, and he'd do Monday.  Phoebe and I had a great day together!  We ran some errands in the morning, went out for lunch together, and then spent the afternoon at baby sing-a-long and hanging out with some of the other moms and babies that had come to class.  Phoebe loved sing-a-long.  She danced, played, giggled and had an all around wonderful time.  I really enjoyed getting to spend the whole day with Phoebe!

Here's Phoebe playing before the singing got started.   The little soft barrier in the front (the thing with the mirrors on it) was no match for the munchkin.  When she decided she wanted to be on the other side, she just threw herself over head first.

For one part of sing-a-long, they hand out plastic eggs full of beans or something (they make rattling noises).  Phoebe was a HUGE fan of this development.  She reached right into the basket and grabbed two eggs.

Here is Phoebe taking her egg-shaking very seriously.

Yay! Music!
