Phoebe, you are a joy! Your Mom says your new school has a rule that everyone is required to wear shoes all the time. It's a sign! I guess we are finally going to get started on that shoe collection. With the way you bounce around I am surprised that they don't want you in a helmet too! Gramma Joyce doesn't know too much about helmets but I wonder if you can coordinate them with your shoes? Hmmmmmm
